La deuxième étape de la course de JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken: Steel Ball Run.
Au cours de la 2e ÉTAPE, une traversée du désert d'environ 1 200 km – le territoire que Johnny Joestar et Gyro Zeppeli doivent affronter – abrite la zone redoutée sous le nom de « Paume du Diable ». En 1875, une menace tapie dans ce désert a décimé une cavalerie de 26 personnes, semant la terreur parmi les populations autochtones locales. Alors que des incidents inquiétants commencent à se produire, ils sont contraints de réaliser que cette course est bien plus qu'une simple compétition. Les deux hommes poursuivent leur route, là où d'innombrables motivations cachées s'affrontent.
