3. Hana no Oedo wa Oosawagi (花のお江戸は大さわぎ)
Hangyodon, Sayuri et Otamaro sont chargés de remonter le temps jusqu'à l'époque d'Edo sur l'insistance d'une riche vieille Loutre de mer et de son ancêtre fantomatique pour récupérer leur statue Kannon en or, objet de famille. Une fois arrivés à l'époque Edo, Hangyodon et ses amis apprennent l'existence du Kozou de la pleine lune, un voleur censé dérober la statue lors de la prochaine pleine lune qui approche à grands pas...
Mais quelle est la véritable identité de ce voleur notoire ? Quel est le rapport entre l'ancêtre d'Edo de Kingyo-chan et tout cela ? Et Hangyodon parviendra-t-il à récupérer l'objet en un seul morceau ?
